Why do we dream? As far as my spiritual knowledge goes, dreams come from our own brain and experiences plus energies or spirits of the soul from the Universe. Sometimes our dreams may seem messy or have mixed messages within them. The mixed signals are from indeed mixed emotions and both good and bad energies crossing each others paths at the same time.
If you don't pay attention to your dreams yet, you either start or will begin to soon. The dimensions in the Universe are moving and somewhat at a rather rapid pace nowadays that we start to feel or sense "gut" feeling being more apparent when we do things or go places. Being more apparent and karma is happening more quickly, if you haven't taken notice. However, overall paying attention to your dreams is like watching a show that may or may not happen. You'll want to learn how to distinguish good from bad whether you like it or not. Your dreams are the messages to help you prevent situations or events that are happening right now or ones that will soon occur in the next couple of weeks in your life. It will in turn affect you in one way or another otherwise you would not be dreaming it.
That is why you tend to have dreams about a certain person or a specific situation that either you are directly involved in or are surrounded with. We have dreams to help us prevent or remember a past experience to help us in future events to come. Perhaps for some of us to realize there is a thin "veil" in front of us. So stop being skeptical and listen truly to the messages that are revealed in your dreams, especially the shamanic, spiritual or psychic ones. Take precaution though if there are distractions of negative or tricky energies that may not lead you to your highest good. Which in that case it's good to ignore, take note, or do just the opposite of those types of dreams.
