The trick is you'll have to make time for affirmations once you start or you'll not see enough results to fuel your self-motivation in order to finish your goals. Self-discipline is the key to keeping your affirmations on a strong level. With this, the answer is "yes". Sometimes doing something as simple as this takes you to greater heights in you level of perception without knowing.
