Being the master of your own mind maybe easier than you think. Sometimes we tend to loose ourselves in our own negative emotions. That is when we start failing. Try the below exercise to rid these negative emotions.
Master of the Mind ~ Basics
2. Close your eyes and embrace yourself in your mind.
3. Smile and feel your smile inside your heart. Feel tingles all over your body from the smile. Breathe.
4. Envision the sun warm at your face and then surrounding your body with a circle of golden light.
5. Envision you climbing to the top of mountain peak and then standing tall there. Breathe.
6. Feel the warmth of the rays from the sun again and see small green plants growing at the tip of your feet. (This would be much effective if actually in facing sunlight.)
7. Start to see a golden pink light followed by a golden yellow light surrounding your body.
8. Let go of the embrace in mind and slowly open your eyes.
