Simply we can try to identify and list the goals that we think we may want to tackle in this coming year on a piece of paper or perhaps from a floating list in your head. However it’s taking the necessary actions to work on these goals that we must stick to throughout the year. The real question is, how do I stick to completing my goals? First, you must have a desire and motivation to reasoning with yourself that there is a need to complete your New Years Resolution, whether its one or a combination of many. If you cannot find that motivation or desire then finding an “extra boost” such as through daily exercise, encouragement, healing ways, and mediation can help open to you that first step.
When you have found it, then the next step would be to “work on it” and “stick to working on it”. Start by tackling one goal at a time and check them off your list. Some goals may not be as easy to do and check off the list and may mean waiting on other inner or outer surroundings that you may not have total control of to complete or let pass before its turn comes to be completed. In any direction, you should feel a sense of content when you have actually started and continue to heal on your goals for the New Year.
Working on your goals from the beginning of the year and continuing throughout the year means continuing to heal and change habits. It means going on the path to self-improvement and for the higher good. If it’s been the same every year where you say the same thing to yourself of not getting your New Years Resolution completed and have deviated along the way, it’s ok. A beginning starts when you want to begin. The great thing about beginning sooner is that you gain more knowledge of life faster and you now have bought time through a quicker acceptance of change. Opening yourself with a New Years Resolution to heal with changing your habits first would be a smart choice even though it can be a challenge. Just know that you are not alone and there are ways spiritually and physically running in parallel that can be in your reach to aid you in making these many changes to fulfill your resolution for this New Year.
