This Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy outlines our strict policies regarding the sale of our goods and services. 2. No Return Policy for Goods All sales of goods, including but not limited to wellness products and healing tools are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and quality of our products.
3. No Cancellation Policy for Services Once a service appointment, session, package, or program is booked, it cannot be canceled. This applies to all services offered by FALITHI HEALING, including but not limited to, spiritual life coaching sessions, healing treatments, workshops, and courses. By booking a service, you commit to the appointment or service period and agree to complete the transaction as specified.
4. No Refund Policy We do not offer refunds for any goods or services purchased from FALITHI HEALING. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product or service, accidental purchases, or changes in personal circumstances.
5. Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Goods In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with details of the defect or damage, along with any supporting evidence (such as photos). We will review your case and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement product. Refunds will not be issued for defective or damaged products.
6. Monthly Membership Subscription Cancellation Customers with monthly membership subscriptions may cancel their subscriptions by providing a minimum of 30 days' notice. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, your membership will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any partial month remaining in the current billing cycle.
