Cancellation
- Please cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your upcoming appointment time.
- Any cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment time, and you have paid, needs to be rescheduled immediately.
- “No Calls” and “No Shows” will be charged full price for the scheduled service selected.

General Policies
- Be respectful and considerate of the sacred space that you are entering and session that awaits you.
- Your willingness to listen and openness to heal will allow you to experience one of the best spiritual/psychic reading and healing session you'll ever have.
- White carnations/flowers, white candles, joss paper, and incense sticks are always welcomed as never the less you are blessed by FaLiThi.
- Be considerate of the healing session before or after yours and keep noises to a minimum (for in person or group sessions)
- Whether in person or a means of communications, wait patiently and the Healer will contact you to begin your session.
- Silence/Mute your cell phones and pagers during a healing session (unless it's needed for your participation/response)
- During a FaLiThi Chi exercise class you may choose to sit and continue as you feel the comfort to.
- FaLiThi Healing will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
- FaLiThi Healing is not responsible for any symptoms that may occur after a session.
- If you miss or do not show up without a 24 hr. cancellation notice, then you will be charged the full amount of your missed session. One way to avoid this is to purchase your session ahead via PayPal and if you miss or do not show up then your payment can be credited to the next session.
- Refer to our Client Bill of Rights and Disclaimer/Waiver of Liability Agreement form (see above link) for any questions.
- All necessary forms emailed to you needs to be completed before the time of your session or your session may be rescheduled.
- Services and monetary sacrifices/prices/rates are subject to change without notice.
- There are no guarantees.
- Our general refund/return policy for all services or products: No refunds, No returns after there has been a booking or sales transaction of any kind. There are No exceptions.
